The Mothership

Kyoko is at the controls of the Visitor's space shuttle. The controls are clearly alien, the console filled with odd shaped patterns and lights. But Kyoko takes to flying the vehicle with skill and precision, the others suffering only a few bumps and bruises as result of Kyoko's slight learning curve.
Some of the others strap into seats in the cockpit and begin to help decipher the displays around each seat. Soon they decide to try and get to one of the motherships, and are fairly confident in their course.

They take time to mend wounds and investigate their surroundings. Alexi finds zero-g to be a fun way to create drinking games as he floats around drinking his floating vodka globs like a human version of pac-man.

Interesting Finds

Some of the others float around the shuttle, looking into rooms and compartments. They find a cache of weapons. Rail guns and neurotoxin grenades. Victois fiddles with her newfound device, a convex piece of metal the size of a book sitting on a stand. Turning it on seems to produce some sort of field but they cannot figure out it's purpose.

They also find several prisoners on board. From the information they have gathered so far they know that some humans (some of perhaps high influence) have been brain washed/controlled in some matter and cannot be necessarily trusted.

Victois opens up  the first locked cubicle.
Inside sits a friendly robust black man, "Hey I know you. You're a.."
Victois paints the room red with a rail gun to the head.
Quickly shuts the door.
Opening up the other cubicles they find, Justin Trudeaux, Alan Guth (a physicist), Xi Jingping (Chinese president) and Keannu Reaves.

They keep each locked up except for Keannu. Keannu is eager to revive his action hero role and help.

Eventually they approach the mothership and find a landing pad protruding out the side near the bottom of the ship. They land. An odd sound reverberates through the ship and the landing pad is retracted inside the main ship.

Do It For Keannu!

Inside they see a few visitors milling about. Kyoko watches through the pilots window. They are in their human skin disguises. When the few Visitors leave the landing bay the group assembles in the cargo bay to discuss strategy. Keannu gives a rousing speech about taking action and saving the world. They open the cargo bay door and he rushes out. Armed with a rail gun he tucks and rolls and just before he takes cover behind a bulkhead, a large robotic sentinel peppers Keanu's body with a hail of bullets.

A collective "ohhhh" comes from the rest of the group who is still within the safety of the cargo bay. But done is done and they struggle to fight the two robot guards. One rolls down towards Alexi, the other towards Alessandra. Alessandra is able to dodge the three grappling arms which shoot out towards her but Alexi is not so lucky. He is pinned with two of the metal arms and they begin to crush his body.

Tachikomas!

Victois and Ryugi keep their distance while Kyoko rushes up to attack the huge sentinels. She tosses out a EMP device between the two attacking creatures. Once it goes off the clearly electronic guards cease their movements. Dr. Zora rushes to help Alexi out of the robots pincers and begins to see to his wounds. Kyoko moves around the sentinel and finds a panel on the front of the chest which she pries open. Inside a dazzling array of bizarre circuitry is mostly dormant but a series of small lights begins to light as the creature begins to slowly restart.

The group collectively attacks the helpless robots in order to completely deactivate them. Kyoko makes sure to damage the array which she determines is probably a communication device so it cannot tell the main ship of their presence.

With that soon accomplished they move slowly into the main ship with Kyoko sending her drone ahead. The group huddles around Kyoko and her phone showing the video feed from the drone. It moves through odd metallic corridors past the odd openly alien Visitor until it comes to a large chamber. Glowing machinery giving off the clear impression of vast energies supplying the ship.  They discuss how to disable the ship. The count their supply of EMP devices.

Friendly Fire Alerts The Rest Of The Ship

Victois pulls out the mysterious energy emitting device she collected from within the ship.  She places it beside Ryugi and presses the button. Ryugi watches as Victois activates the device. There is a slight popping sound but nothing seems out of the ordinary. That is until Victois pulls her rail gun and points it at Ryugi. Ryugi instinctively pulls out his shield as Victois fires. There is a loud metallic pinging sound as the round is deflected off the shield.

Victois puzzled, deactivates the device, but Ryugi, not sure of Victois' intentions fires back at her. There is a quick and loud firefight. The others look on puzzled and rush back to the safety of the shuttle's cargo bay as there is now the sound of approaching Visitors. Kyoko is able to retrieve the now unconscious body of Victois, who is dying from the firefight between herself and Ryugi.

Kyoko drags Victois back to the shuttle and tosses the unconscious body in with Xi, the president of China, who is incredibly angry at his poor treatment. In fact, Kyoko takes a moment to booby-trap the door with a neurotoxin grenade. Just in case.

The others have all now retreated into the cargo bay of the shuttle and closed the doors. From the cockpit of the shuttle they can see several Visitors armed and undisguised, their reptilian skin making their presence all the more menacing. Behind them are two more huge blue sentinel robot guards. This does not look good.

Government Connections

Many quick strategies are thrown around but finally they decide they need help. They let Justin Trudeau out of his cell. He is friendly and eager to help. He tells them he can contact governments if they help him find his phone. They agree and soon enough find a stash of the prisoners belongings. They open the phone and go to the contacts there are several high ranking government names, some with star markings beside them. They hand the phone over the the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister dials and speaks into the phone. Very happy and friendly he tells them who is calling and that, yes he is with them in the shuttle. No there are not that many of them, there are six and they seem to be injured and have no escape plan.

The group has heard enough. They kill the traitor Justin Trudeau. He might have been brainwashed or controlled somehow, but still...

The take the now dead Prime Minister's phone from his hand and inspect it. They soon come across a familiar name. A person who will not hesitate to believe in an alien conspiracy. Someone bold and just a bit crazy enough to utilize their nuclear arsenal in an undeclared war. President Donald Trump. They dial.

Who Is This, Really

After a bit of quick convincing along with uploaded video and photo evidence from Kyoko's phone, the president can be heard yelling to someone in the background, "bring me The Button!", followed by some unintelligible conversation with, "what do you mean I cant target something in space. I'm the goddamn president!". Trump returns to Alexi on the phone and tells him, "Don't worry about this son. I've got this. You just need to get your ass out of there. Pronto". The phone disconnects.

With the shuttle now surrounded Kyoko powers up the shuttle and tries to take off. The mothership's bay doors are still closed but at least they can remove themselves from immediate danger. The shuttle does not lift off though. Kyoko pushes more power to the engines until the whole ship vibrates threatening to shake itself and its occupants apart. Kyoko admits defeat and powers down the shuttle. Alexi and her agree that there must be some docking or magnetic clamps in place. Besides they need to open the bay doors in order to escape.

Alessandra and Dr. Zora open the shuttle's cargo bay doors just enough to toss our their nerve toxin grenades. When the green smoke dissipates they see the Visitor bodies strewn about the landing platform. Under covering fire, Kyoko and Alexi rush out in order to look for the docking controls.

While the firefight with the sentinels wages Kyoko and Alexi are able to find the console and with little trouble they are able to release the shuttle from its magnetic clamps. The large door sealing in the landing platform begins to slowly open, showing the starry background of space outside. Kyoko and Alexi rush back into the shuttle.

The Escape

Once in strapped in, Kyoko powers up the shuttle and begins to fly, straight towards the slowly opening doors which lead to space. The others, grabbing on to whatever hand holds they can, watch as they careen towards a doorway not big enough to accommodate the shuttle. Kyoko fires up her ipod, playing "Baker Street" by Gerry Rafferty. She blast the beautiful song as she turns the shuttle vertically in order for the shuttle to fit the tall but narrow opening, while under a hail of rail gun fire from the sentinels.

At the moment the shuttle escapes out into space, high above the Earth, those in the group who are not strapped in, begin to float peacefully. Trails of smoke show the path of several nuclear missiles headed towards the mothership they have just escaped from. The shuttle's engines are pushed to their limits in order to reach a safe distance.

Behind them, the mothership they escaped from explodes as dozens of nuclear missiles envelope the alien ship with their destructive force. As the group continues to fly, they see hundreds of other missile trails resulting in massive explosions in various places orbiting the Earth.

Is this the end of the Visitors or just the beginning of a global war?
